Do you get low back pain after exercise? What if there is displacement of one of your spinal segments? Consider what may happen after a set of multiple side crunches? One…smash,two…smash, three…smash.

That’s your joints when they cannot work in harmony and have no room to move. 
Exercise should not hurt. What looks good on the outside doesn’t tell the whole story. Random exercise does not consider YOU the individual. Take care of your body. Replacement parts are expensive and never work as good as the original.
